We are delighted to welcome back expert willow weaver, Lorraine Griffiths, who will demonstrate how to make bird feeders.

Materials and tools will be provided, and participants should be able to make two different styles of willow bird feeder each during the session.
Lorraine, secretary of the Northumbrian Basketry Group and a very experienced willow weaver, led a successful workshop at the heritage centre last year when participants made a variety of willow Christmas decorations.
The café is open from 10am to 3pm and offers hot and cold drinks, toasties, paninis, scones, cakes and other snacks.
