Great selection of yoga classes this weekend
Start the weekend perfecting your practice with a special Mysore style class which you can attend between 5.30 & 7.30 ending with at 7.30 with a 30 minute breathing and meditation session.
Saturday’s Classes 15 October: 9.30 – 11.00 and 11.30 – 1.00
On Saturday morning there will be two back to back workshops, 9.30 – 11am and 11.30 – 1pm. These classes will look at specific areas and things that will help our practice. There will be a light snack between classes and we will finish the second session with an extended breathing practice and relaxation.
Sunday 16 October: – Yoga Breakfast 9.30 – 11:00
An hour and a half yoga breakfast followed by Yoga Breakfast.

Sunday Breakfast £15 – Or book the whole weekend for £50 if booked and paid before 1st October
