Join Holly Greenwell this autumn for our new Yin Yoga class every Tuesday evening between 6:00 – 7:00
This yoga class is different from our established Ashtanga yoga sessions with Liz Watson. This new class is involves meditative slow paced floor sequences. Yin Yoga involves long, deep and supported stretching which aids deep release both physically and mentally.
This class is ideal for all including beginners as well as those returning to yoga. It is also perfect for those who wish to deepen their yoga practice or to learn to meditate. There is an introductory price of £35 for four weeks.
