Our regular Ashtanga Yoga classes cater for beginners and those wishing to progress to develop their practice or revisit some basic yoga principles.
Building on foundations of the Ashtanga primary series join experienced yoga teacher Liz Watson as she covers sun salutations, works on our postures and develops new variations to enhance practice and encourage relaxation.
Liz’s classes are fun, interactive and suitable for all levels, and her monthly yoga breakfasts are not to be missed.
