Have you ever wanted to know what life was like for the people who lived by the River Tyne over 1300 years ago. Come along and meet our Living History Anglo-Saxons. Listen to their stories, try on their armour, and see what they used to eat. Have a go at spinning some wool to make a garment; come early as you will need 12 miles of it to make a tunic!
